The remarkable precision of the hydroforming process allows us to manufacture high-reliability products for critical applications.

We have the capacity to create floats and other valve components measuring from 1″ to 24″ in diameter with extremely accurate and uniform wall thickness from 0.020″ to 0.25″. We use materials such as stainless steel, copper, and Monel®, as well as many other high-performance metals.

As a dominant provider of floats and float valve components to major valve manufacturers, our hydroforming and welding capabilities allow us to produce geometrically complex parts with reduced tooling costs and short lead times.

Computerized processes provide a very high degree of control and allow us to create net-shaped parts that exhibit a high degree of strength and integrity.
